    Hi all,

    Wondering if there is an easy way to filter in your interactions view for just calls that have screen recording.

    We are retaining 10% of our calls as screen recording, and it would be great to be able to quickly filter to those calls specifically.

    No way at present without a lot of API work.  There is an idea about this that has been accepted, so perhaps it will be available soon:  Filter for Interaction with a Screen | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
