  • 1.  Interdigit timeout setting for Polycom only through the phone base setting?

    I notice some polycom base setting have setting under interface where we can set the interdigit Genesys 420HD settings - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

     but many other base setting for the other phone model don't have one. If this is the case does that mean there no way to configure a polycom phone interdigit timeout in the cloud if they do not have a option for that in the interface base setting? It would have to be done in the phone setting itself?

    There are ways to use local configs for some of the Polycom settings.  Here is a resource article:  Manually configure the provisioning information for the Polycom VVX phone - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
