Hi, when Planning Groups are changed, added, deleted, there are a few things to consider in terms of how those changes propagate through WFM. First, there is a nightly "pipeline" run that collects all historical data at the new Planning Group configuration level, and then processes that analyze the historical data, select a forecast model etc. Second, when the user creates a new ABM forecast the Planning Groups are "snapshotted" at the time of creation. This frozen configuration snapshot is maintained in the forecast. Third, a schedule is generated. You'll see the exact same Planning Group list in the schedule that is in the linked forecast. And then 4th once the schedule is published then Intraday is visible, again with the exact same list of planning groups from the schedule, from the linked forecast.
If you make a configuration change and want it to be reflected in the schedule and intraday then you need to create a new forecast after the configuration change, and to be save, after the overnight pipeline run. Then in the schedule list view screen (list of all schedules) at the right you can click the 3 dots to "change forecast" and link it to the new forecast which has to have the same date range. Once this is done to the published schedule then the schedule and intraday should show the updated planning group list.
It sounds like you may have taken these steps already but I thought i'd detail it out a bit more just in case. If you are still having an issue then i'd recommend opening a support case to review.
Thank you,
Chris Johnson

Did you update your planning groups, before creating the forecast that you used with your schedule that was published?

Hi, In the current forecast you have created that wont update with your new planning groups unless you re-do your forecast.
Any ammendments made to planning groups, by default will be picked up in the next forecast you run which is then linked automatically to your intradays.
If you want your intradays to reflect your new planning groups in the current forecasts, you would have to redo these forecasts.

Hi community,
we have reorganized our planning groups, and no data is displayed in the intraday view. Any recommendations or suggestions? I haven´t found in the documentation if there is a deadline for this information to be updated.
Thanks in advance
