Hello everyone,
I have over 15 years of experience in the contact center and BPO industry, working in the IT field. I've had the opportunity to work with various omnichannel platforms, and for a little over six months now, I've been leading the migration of our services to Genesys Cloud.

While many of the technical concepts are similar, I've found that functionalities and configuration methods can differ. I'm looking forward to learning from this community and also to supporting you however I can.
