    My name is Olga Revilla, and I am a UX Researcher at Genesys. 
     
    I am currently conducting a research initiative on processing interactions. 
     
    I am looking to speak with two IT system support specialists who set up, configure or maintain queues, profiles, permissions, routing, segmentation, business rules, topics, or programs.
