  • 1.  Is flow usage recorded and reportable?

    Hiya,

We've 70+ flows in our Genesys Cloud architect, and I'm sure that not all of them are being used or have been used for a long time.

To help me trim the flows (backing them up before I remove them, of course!), I'd like to be able to see when each flow was last used.

Does activation of a flow get recorded anywhere, and if so can it be reported on?

    thanks

    C

    1) In Architect you can use the dependency search tab to see some of the places that a flow is used.  It doesn't show all consumers, for example IVR configs.  However Architect will not allow you to delete a flow that is consumed by anything;  it will pop an error message and indicate the reason why not.

    2) You could check the Flows performance view, but notice the note first.  Depending on your definition of "long time" you might need to check the date of when your flows were last published(https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-version-history-call-flow/), re-publish them, and then wait a while before checking the view.
