I am wondering if it is possible to embed developer tools page into purecloud? I find some of the tools incredibly helpful to add to DNC lists or investigate a conversation but would be ideal if i could access these tools within Purecloud without having to open a new tab.
Anyone know how I can do this?

What URL would i add? I have tried the link but it fails to load the address.

Add the URL of the page you'd like to add, e.g. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/developer-tools/.

Yeah i have tried that and also the .com.au address for my region and the url doesn't load or appear under the apps menu.
If i add a different URL to alternative site it loads no problems. Would there be some sort of credentials that need to be included?

First of all, sorry for the bad info here. In discussing with the dev team, I learned that embedded apps explicitly block the mypurecloud domains.
That said, we do want to allow it to be added as an app. There are some technical concerns that we'll need to work out, so we'll need to plan some work before just making a change to allow it. We'll make an announcement once it's possible, so keep an eye out for that in Q1.
