    Looking at options on how I can save email drafts to a Agent Workbin or the inbounds to a Pending Workbin for future processing. Is there a way to do it?

    While you could definitely do this (once we actually get routing to an agent working), the Email team at Genesys has an aggressive roadmap including Email Parking and reassignment and preview that will be better for this.  They are also looking at supervisor review before sending.  @Jody Nabuurs, feel free to comment or Rakesh, you can check out the roadmap presentation from April of this year.  Here is their current workload - one VERY productive team!
