Hey Alex,
To add to Gina's point, if you are using the desktop app you can choose the "Sound to Play" option and select a different/custom sound for notifications: Change Windows desktop app preferences
It is worth noting though, that if you choose a long notification sound, you cant dismiss the notification sound and it will play the full duration.

Do you have the Pop-Up notifications tuned on? I started getting a sound and an additional Google notification when I turned this on.

For the real time alert
for today, we can get the system to
- send email
- send sms
- in-app gc notification
anybody know can the system put a real SOUND alart ? like keeping beeping / sound if the alert has been trigger ?
