    Hello All, 

    I'm looking for how to find a way to determine if a menu item is selected and how often. I've reviewed Inbound Flow Performance and it seems like a nice report for how often the flow is used. I'm looking for more granular data on how often "2" is selected within the menu, for example. Thanks, in advance.

    Hello Erin,

    I'm not sure if we have anything that can do that directly. I did find an older thread in the Developer community that has a few suggestions like using flow outcomes or data tables.

    Yes definitely a combination of flow outcomes and milestones would be the way here.  If you're also interested in a visual snapshot you can look at the journey flows for the last 7 days on a particular Architect Flow.

    One idea that was raised was to be able to set things like flow outcomes and milestones directly in some Architect actions like Transfer to ACD.

    Very easily.  Just create an Outcome like IVR Reporting.  Then create milestones for those menus with something like "Main Menu Option 2".  Then initialize the Outcome at the top of your flow and set a milestone under that option.  If you are using Menus for the choices, you need to have tasks for each option and place the milestone in the task along with orchestration for that option.

    If you open the Flow in Architect, there is a switch at the top marked "Flow Insights". This will give you a color-coded visual of how often every part of the flow has been executed. (So you can also look at paths taken from a Decision, or a Switch, for example). Included in that are Reusable Tasks and Menus (with Menu options)

    If you hover over something, it will tell you the actual numbers as well as an assessment of relative frequency.

    The only downside is that it only contains data for up to the last 7 days.
