Good Afternoon,
As we are uploading our agents, we are trying to simplify the process as much as possible. We are able to add queues to the template when uploading the agent, but we still have to manually go in to add their language. We would like to be eliminate that from the process to avoid having to punch into every profile. However, language is under ACD skills and when I add the language into the skills tab it asks me to create a new skill as that isn't recognized. Is there a way to format or template the language so it gets picked up on the initial import?
