  • 1.  Issue managing DID Numbers in Telephony

    When I select Digital and Telephony, then Telephony, then DID Numbers. The Activity page is displayed. I can choose other options in the Telephony section like Phone Management or Extensions and those are correct. Screen shot below of what happens when I select DID Numbers. This feature worked when we used it previously but now has this issue.

    Greetings Steve - We reported the same issues in the New UI Known Issues thread, and fortunately @Zoltan Juricskay from Genesys stated those issues should be fixed before GA (preferably within the next week or so given their weekly updates.) I'd recommend joining us in that centralized thread to stay up to date on this and other UI issues/feedback.

    Unfortunately, in the meantime our admins have had to switch between the old & new UI to workaround these/other issues. To do so, we created a separate "NewUI" role we can add/remove as needed.

    It works again since today's release, so it should be within the release package this week.
