I recently experienced a similar issue where my participant data was being deleted due to the use of "Set Pop Screen" in my IVR. It appears that the default values passed to the screens are set to an empty string rather than "no variable."
As a result, I had to manually review and change the setting to "no variable" in all my "Set Pop Screen" configurations. I believe this default value may have been recently changed, and it is causing some inconvenience.
Additionally, I was wondering if the word "language" is a reserved term within Genesys.
