I setup the following blueprint for updating the users presence for Communicate calls, all was working perfectly before the new year but I started testing again and it seems that there is an issue with the presence being updated. https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/update-gc-presence-on-communicate-call-activity-blueprint/ When a call starts and ends, most of the time the presence does not update on the web app and app. It only updates when I search for my name or updates when i check the presence through the data action.
