Hello, 

We have noticed that our wallboard/dashboard to display calls waiting, SLA etc keeps getting stuck and won't refresh until you reload the dashboard. This has become a pain to manage recently since you have to log into the machine to reload the pages every few hours. Today it has been every 30 minutes or so. Anyone else having this issue or Genesys just ignoring this instances.

If this is the same dashboard doing this, I would suggest you try creating a different dashboard or deleting that widget and adding it back in.  I saw this on a board I had in production for a while and through a couple of feature updates, it stopped displaying correctly - even the simple URL widget did not work until I recreated it.

Hey Rob thank you for your update. Our org is having a similar issue and I'm wondering if 'Duplicating' the dashboard in question will offer the same result that 're-creating' the dashboard would?
