The standard for DTMF payload is RTP events and not In-Band. We have a customer who's customers are sending in-band and not able to select the IVR DTMF options, there seems only to be one option, so either In-Band or RTP Events on SIP trunk. We have a workaround with the customer ( no entry selected queue call) and also allowed Speech Rec, but wondered if there is a way to allow both options IN and OUT of band

Thanks for the info, it was Customer Care who asked me to put this in Developer forum, but have no problem in moving to Community Forum
