Hi everyone,
For a IVR call, is it possible to retrieve which was its routing schedule via API? If the call entered on "Closed Hours" or on "Open Hours".
I did a brief search, sorry if this is not a new topic.

No, the IVR reporting data feature is currently in development. If you need this data before the feature is released, you must log this data using a custom process.
