Hey Everyone,
The Genesys Online Community is growing up! Over the course of the next week, we will have two (2) new communities for your discussion pleasure. Today, we are soft launching one of the two. Join me in welcoming that Genesys Cloud - Reporting and Analytics community.
This is exciting for anyone who lightly dabbles in or madly loves exploring all of the data that Genesys Cloud offers. Everything from reports to dashboards is on the table in this community, and I'm not just talking about a data table. This community will be an ideal place to collaborate, share, ask questions, and, importantly, have some fun.
The community will be moderated by our very own Sam Jillard, who some of you may know from the Genesys Cloud - Main or WEM Communities. Sam brings over a decade worth of Genesys knowledge to this forum, get to know more about him and the new community in his Welcome Post.
To kick off this launch, we are having a Reporting and Analytics Trivia Event March 25th, some poll questions are up so that Sam can get to know you, and there will be a surprise contest announced in a few days, so be sure to join the community.
