    Hi fans!

    Our newest Genesys Community Rockstar will have you snapping your fingers in appreciation. This person frequently stands up in the Genesys Cloud community posting detailed answers to questions and providing resource links. She's full of great ideas and is happy to share them with a full house of attentive fans. She also shows up in WEM and participates in new betas. So much so, she just earned the Laureate Badge for getting several best answers.

    So without further ado, we are excited to put our thumb and fingers together to congratulate @Tatjana Knezevic!!! You've knocked our socks off with your consistent appearances in our Genesys Communities. I'll be sending you a form to fill out with your item of choice from the Prize Wall. We hope our Laureate will enjoy this amazing poster design by @Natalie Nobles:
