You can't directly, BUT you can create Input variable to a re-usable task, so you could pass a value to task and structure decision logic around that value to flow past items not interested in performing again.
I also use lots of reusable tasks breaking down requirements into small chunks and calling them from multiple places.

When you create a menu you can just choose whether to complete an action or task/reusable task. See the example below.

You can't tell it to start in a specific spot in that re-usable task, but you could duplicate a task you have and remove unnecessary actions so that it starts exactly where you want it to.
