    I have a payment button in a script that I only want enabled when the preview dial has been initiated and a customer is on the line.

    The connected state is true when the preview dial starts goes to connecting when dialing the customer and the reverts back to connected when the customer answers. Hence, I cannot use this state to detect when the customer is on the line.

    I could write an action that looks at the interaction and reverse engineering with diffs could potentially arrive at a solution but that's a hack with a short term life:)

    Any one have this issue?
