Hey Martin,
This would generally mean that there is not enough data to start to make suggestions on the knowledge base and bot. Here is a SS from mine.

You can see it will show you non matched pieces and you can either create a new article to match that, or manually match that intent with a current article. Hope that helps :)

I am testing out Insights and Optimisation within Knowledge > Optimizer. In the Tab Unanswered Queries the Optimize button is greyed out and when I hover over the button I get a message "EITHER no unanswered customer and agent queries were found in the last 3 days OR the queries are not yet processed by optimizer". First I am unsure of what this message is telling me. Second how often does optimizer process the queries? Thanks
