I am testing with the Knowledge V2 and Digital Bot Flows. I had 2 questions regarding the tuning of the Knowledge/Bot itself: Questions:
- What confidence level determines when a disambiguation is required?
- What confidence level determines when a no match is identified?
As far as I can tell, the Confidence level filters in the Digital Bot flow don't affect Knowledge. I tested with values for Confidence thresholds set to 1,2 and 99,100 and i got the same results. Would love some guidance on this. thanks!
