  • 1.  Knowledge Workbench V2

    Playing around with Knowledge Workbench and when I add an article with a video or image only the link shows within the Web Messaging window.  I would like the actual image or video to show within the Web Messaging window.  Also, I don't see a way of renaming a Knowledge Base, only export then import.  I am not sure if I am adding the images and videos incorrectly?

    Welcome to almost version 1.  They only just got in that import/export right before release.  I also don't like the fact that you have to use hosted images on the articles and not have them stored with the article.

    Make sure you use the image/video buttons and add the link in there

    You can rename them.  Hit the dropdown box where you can select the different knowledge bases.  You will see a pen icon, this is the edit button where you can rename and edit the description
