They short answers is yes, but it needs some additional context. When you are setting up the AWS Lambda functions with multiple GC orgs, please make sure you configure the AWS IAM role's trust policy to recognize each org. For more info please see this documentation.
So yes, you can use the same ARN across multiple instances of GC, but again please remember that each org ID must be included in the trust policy out lined in the documentation above.

We are setting up a new staging org. While doing this, we are trying to replicate our lambda functions we have setup in our production org. When trying to use the same ARN we use for the prod integration, in the staging org, the authentication is failing. It appears that the ARN needs to know the org id for the Trust Relationship. My question is, is it best practice to setup a different ARN for each org, or can one ARN trust multiple org ids? Is there any impact if it can trust multiple org ids?
