  • 1.  Language Requirement

    We have a customer requiring Mandarin, Punjabi, and Tagalog (Philippines), three major languages, but I don't see them in the list of supported languages for Genesys Cloud.  Has anyone heard of any of these in the roadmap? Thanks.

    You can use any language and replace prompts to create these if not supported natively. 

    Genesys just added Mandarin, Cantonese and many other languages.  Tagalog and Punjab can be supported through 3rd-party integrations.  

    Genesys supports 3rd-party TTS along with the Enhanced TTS that offers far more languages than Genesys does natively.

    Genesys also added the ability to use Microsoft or Google ASR in bots, so you can choose any supported language in those platforms.
