Dears,
As you know that in standard routing, messages are routed to Last Agent who handled the first income message.
Is there any API to end this thread completely? Or to reset who was the Last Agent?
The issue is that when the customer send a message to wrong department, the agent who answered the message remained as Last Agent until the threading timeline ended, so is there an API to control this?
