    Hello members,

    We have a customer who is migrating to Genesys from Avaya. However, they have an existing latitude software integration with Avaya and planning to test this with Genesys before the migration.

    My question is how many dialler instances can Latitude software configure to to have multiple solutions configured? IE: one team using Genesys Cloud and the rest of the collections team using Avaya?

    Hi,

    By Latitude software you mean this: "1c0e58f5-latitude-by-genesys-ds-en_v5.pdf"?

    According to the info, it could be integrated with Genesys Cloud but I think you should address your questions to some Genesys representatives to get accurate information about what can you get for real.
