Hello Everyone! I am considering moving all of my Adobe Captivate simulations from Cornerstone to Genesys Cloud and was curious if anyone else has experience moving their learning objects, specifically SCORM to Genesys Cloud. Are there things you wish you knew prior to moving over? Or little caveats that you figured out after moving over? I've done my research and are aware of my own pros and cons for the move, but figured I would ask the community what they think. Thank you!

    Hey Andrea,

That's a great question. Have you tried moving over any of these to Genesys Cloud? Have you run into any issues with this process? As far as I'm aware, it should be pretty easy to import a SCORM learning module, as long as it's version 1.2.

    Hey Jason,

Yes I have uploaded 3 scorm files within Genesys. One caveat that is easy to resolve are the exit buttons on my current simulations close the browser that content is open in, so those would need to be removed as it does not jive with the way the Genesys LMS functions with the next button on the left side of the screen, but I like how this looks compared to the content menu in cornerstone. I also like how the scorm files can be easily reset or reassigned within the development workspace within performance. This is much eaiser than reassigning an entire curriculum within cornerstone. The descriptions are also right below each simulation/course which i really like as well. I am going to test word docs next because I usually share PDF forms for tip sheets so they cannot be edited easily but in cloud you can color over them and make notes with a pdf. I bet those options are not available if I add the word document to the module.
