Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi Guys,

We have a bot at a client, there are lots of utterances presented to the whatsapp and the web chat.

When we administer the learning section, I will add an utterance to an intent, save publish, then the utterance re appears in the learning section.

If you then delete the utterance. save publish. this will then delete.

But what I dont get is, The bot flow looks at first when you map to an intent to remove from learning and only when you save and publish does it appear.

I have logged a ticket with care so i will update this with their fidnings.

But has anyone else seen this issue?
