    Hello! I want to learn system administration or developer but I need a learning subscription for it. Can anyone guide me how to buy a learning subscription. I tried to contacting sales at beyond with my personal email but it shows me to enter a business email. Please reach me out if anyone could help me and I am new to the community.

    I am having the same issue. I am willing to purchase a Genesys Beyond learning subscription but I tried unsuccessfully to Contact Sales. I am aware of the pricing and I agree to it. Could anyone please reach out to me? Antoni.amaya.obrador @ gmail.com.

    i added the spaces in the address for security purposes but of course they should be trimmed.

    By doing a few tasks on the Orchestrator's page you can build up points.  1000 points will net you a FREE 1-year learning subscription with all current materials & a one-time exam voucher for courses that have cert tests.  If you have to retake an exam, 200 points will net you a testing voucher.  It doesn't take very long to accrue enough points for a learning subscription.  Go into the store and you can spend your points on the learning subscription, re-take exam vouchers or Genesys swag.

    Generally, if you were going the route to purchase one, you would reach out to your sales team assigned to your account.  If you are not getting anywhere there, then maybe open a ticket.
