Hi ,
After generating ARN with AWS for lex integration. I did installed the lex integration and configured ARN and made it active.But the bot is not loading in call flow is says An error occurred trying to contact PureCloud.

I believe this is related to an ongoing issue with AWS. Please open a case with PureCloud Care for troubleshooting and additional information.
