  • 1.  Lex V2 Integration

    Hi I am Trying to integrate a Lex V2 bot with a Genesys Inbound call flow.  I have set up all the proper IAM roles and permissions and setup the Lex Integration just fine.  I can connect to the Bot, but when looking in the logs for the bot.  The "transcription" and "rawTranscription" are blank.  It is like it is not passing the speech through.  I double checked my inbound flow and I do have speech enabled in the flow.  I tested the bot through Amazon Connect and it is working fine and getting the transcription.  Any Ideas?

    I figured out the issue, this can be closed.
