Hi Jake! We've identified the issue that was preventing some activities from being added to a user's redeemable points total. Our team has been working on building a new workflow to address that issue and prevent it from happening in the future. We're just running our final tests to ensure everything is working as expected, and then we'll be rolling out this update to all Orchestrators!
If you haven't redeemed any points yet, you should see your redeemable and lifetime points totals match once this update is live.
I'll let you all know as soon as we have a confirmed release date.
