  • 1.  Limit Admin Permissions to specific Knowledge Bases

    Is there an option to limit admin privileges to only allow a user to edit a certain Knowledge base rather than being able to edit all of them?  I know we can revoke deleting permissions, etc but I cannot find anything that limits a whole knowledge base.  Thank you!

    No, divisional control of the knowledge bases is on the roadmap.  Here is my idea for that so vote and comment on it:  Allow Knowledge Base to be defined by | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
