    Is there a list somewhere that shows the system's limitations?  Specifically, I am looking for the maximum number of wrap codes.

    According to the GC resource centre, there is no limit to the number of wrap-up codes per Org. Link is https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/wrap-codes/
