Use-case: Some of our call centers are in non-american countries, who might not understand the american accent/ addresses.
Does Genesys provide one of the following?
1. Live transcription: The agent should be able to see the transcription while the conversation is in progress.
2. Programmatic access to voice stream: This way we could send the voice stream to Google Speech to text and provide the live transcription.
