Buen día.

Hay alguna manera de recuperar las llamadas eliminadas desde el API con el método postRecordingJobs con el action Delete, ya que tenia entendido que esta acción eliminaba las llamadas que estuvieran en el AWS S3 y se eliminario por error.

Is there any way to retrieve the deleted calls from the API with the method postRecordingJobs with the Delete action, since I understood that this action deleted the calls that were in the AWS S3 and was deleted by mistake.

Hi David,

I just want to clarify. Are you trying to recover files that's were accidentally deleted by an inadvertent API call?

Si señor, por error ejecutamos el API en action Delete y ya no hay ninguna grabación en mypurecloud, gracias.

Hi David,

Unfortunately with the API, the API performs a hard delete. So there is no way to recover the files. Sorry, I know that is probably not the answer you were hoping for.
