Hey guys,
I'm working in a data warehouse division for a insurance company. Now, I have a new requirement to load data from Genesys telephony cloud system with Python or Python Spark into MAPR. I have absolutely no idea how to handle this. Is their any "how to do"? I need information about, how to connect to Genesys Cloud via REST API and how to load data from the cloud. Our company uses the telephon system and I should load telephone data from the cloud? Can anyone give me some information about how to do this?
