I'm getting ahead of a future project that involves localizing sales calls to sales associates based on using a data table. The customer would enter their zip code and there would be a store code associated with it. We would use this store code as a skill to then route to the group of sales associates associated with that showroom.
I have a flow built that collects the customer's input of the zip code and uploaded the data table with the zip codes and store codes. I am using Task.ZipCode as the input and Flow.StoreCode as the output. Once that is found, I have a find skill where the skill name is the flow.storecode and the skill result is Task.SkillResult. I found online I create the following expression in Transfer to ACD, "MakeList(Task.SkillResult)". I receive an error message that states "Cannot convert expression from type ACD Skill Collection to required type of ACD Skill with a ToSkill function call because the resulting expression would still be in error."
I am stuck so I was hoping someone would be able to provide assistance to point me in the right direction!
