Hi,
on the following developer page (https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messengersdk/localStorage) in the duration section we found the expire times of the different local storage keys. For example, _actmu has a time to live of 1 year, _actms a TTL of 30 minutes. Is there anyway to customize those values? Can we somewhere modify/configure those values?
Greetings Felix

Hi @felix.leshoff - These cannot be changed. What is your use-case for wanting to change these?

Hello @Angelo_Cicchitto ,
thank you for your quick reply.
Our Data Protection and IT Security units have made requirements: Data must be deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose of processing. We assume that the messaging session is already finished after a maximum of 24-72 hours and the data in local storage does not need to be available any longer.
This led us to ask why the data is stored in local storage for so long and to what extent we can reduce the storage period.
Many greetings from Germany Felix
