We learned about Admin Copilot during the conference. We are currently looking to explore this feature in Genesys; however, we are unable to locate it.

@Hannah Elliott & @Jason Kleitz - I was also at the xperience conference, and although "Admin Copilot" encompasses many of the administrative tasks of configuring the various AI copilots (think Agent Copilot summarization config), WFM AI, etc, it will also include additional capabilities that are not yet released (e.g. automated user management, additional administrative reporting, etc.)

In short, what was being discussed at the conference [in its entirety] is not yet available. We, too, will be anxiously awaiting the referenced features.
