We use a custom app that uses the .NET SDK as the agent UI.

I usually switch between the Genesys Cloud UI and the custom app UI on my PC, but I couldn't receive an incoming event in the custom app UI. I want to investigate the cause from the .NET SDK log, but where can I check the log?
