  • 1.  Logging agents out of Queues

    Supervisors/WFM do not have the Log Off option when hovering over the Agent's status circle.  They have the Supervisor Role and I've verified the permissions.

    Analytics > Conversation Aggregate > View
    Analytics > Conversation Detail > View
    Analytics > Queue Observation > View
    Directory > User > View
    Routing > Queue > View
    UI > Supervisor Queue Details > View 
    UI > Supervisor Status Control > View
    To log an agent out of Genesys Cloud:


    #WEM-Quality,WFM,Gamification,etc

    Hi Tim,

    The users also must have bellow permission to logout agents.

    I  seen that but was unaware of it affecting Queue Log Off, just platform log off.  I'll try it.  thx
