Hi,
Genesys Cloud provides audio support for any USB headset. However, Genesys Cloud only supports the built-in call controls on specific headsets from certain manufacturers: Plantronics/Poly, Sennheiser/EPOS, Jabra, and Yealink
Wired:
- We can offer Genesys-certified vendors for Plantronics/Poly, Sennheiser/EPOS, Jabra, Yealink.
Bluetooth:
- They can select Poly Plantronics Savi UC headsets.
Common findings for all the Headset: To use the built-in call controls on a headset, you must have a WebRTC phone assigned to you, and you must connect your headset via a wired USB connection or USB dongle-either Bluetooth or DECT. If you use a Bluetooth connection, you cannot use the built-in call controls on the headset. Note: Bluetooth headsets connected via a computer's internal Bluetooth adapter do not support call control capabilities.

Subject: Logitech Headset 390
Hello Team,
We are in the process of onboarding one of Banking customer onto Genesys Cloud. They are using Logitech H390 USB headset and asking if it can support WEBRTC phone of Genesys Cloud.
On the Resource center, I see Genesys Cloud can support any USB headset but for the Built in call control, it supports Jabra, EPOS, Poly and YELINK.
Could someone please confirm if Logitech H390 USB headset is being used by your Genesys Cloud customer.
Thanks,
