Hi Everyone We recently integrated Genesys with Salesforce as an Embedded client. We received a request from our customer about whether we can remove the Genesys Logo or customize it. Please see attached, Please let me know if this is possible.

As far as I know, this is not customizable. There is no option of settings (when deploying call center in SFDC) to specify a different icon.
