  • 1.  Logs to troubleshoot Position In Queue

    Hello,

    I am looking for guidance on troubleshooting Position In Queue. I remember a while back there were some logs which PureConnect has, that actually show which Position In Queue wave files is being played to our callers.

    Does anyone know the specific Log file which will provide this information?

    Everything playing back this information to callers in queue is handler driven, so a good place to start would be the IP (interaction processor) log.
