Hi All -
Last week I was testing (successfully) the ability to bulk upload external contacts (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/perform-bulk-import-external-contacts-organizations/)
I just received an updated file from Customer and tried to upload, but the option has disappeared! Same on other customer Orgs (yes, I've triple-checked my permissions!).
Anyone seen this / can confirm?
Possible Region update glitch?
