    One of our customers want to start using a 3rd party mailbot to reply to 1.line/common questions.

    The bot will handle all logic, interpret the context/intent and so on.
    All they need is access to the mail queue in Genesys cloud to fetch or read the mails.

    Is there a way for them to achieve this?
    Any API that would enable that access?

    Couldn't you do the same with an Email Flow and some data actions to a KMS like Shelf.io?  Just read a part of the email body, send to the API and get back a response.  Then reply with that response.  Would be very simple to do and costs a lot less than what they are looking at doing.  Otherwise, have that external party process the emails and forward to Genesys when done with them.

    The alternative where we send data to them via data actions looks interesting.

    I will present it to them and see if it's an option on their side.
