One of our customers want to start using a 3rd party mailbot to reply to 1.line/common questions.
The bot will handle all logic, interpret the context/intent and so on.
All they need is access to the mail queue in Genesys cloud to fetch or read the mails.
Is there a way for them to achieve this?
Any API that would enable that access?
